Our story
GastronoMi was born from a multi-generational family story. Our most beloved dish — the mundeghili — comes from great-grandmother Maria, passed down to Giuseppina the building concierge where Paolo was born, and from her to us. Giuseppina still stops by to make sure they are up to standard.
Everything you find at GastronoMi — from bonbons to pastries, from bread to focaccia, from first courses to mains — is made in-house every day with care and a touch of obsession. Because we want everything done the way we would want it done for ourselves.

In memory · with all our love
Infectious disease specialist and impeccable cook — or perhaps the other way around. She was something of a neighbourhood mother, and not only for her lasagne or her butter-free, flour-free chocolate cake. Her presence, her care, and her love of cooking are part of every dish we prepare. We miss her every day.

Il Pane Diamante nasce da un’esigenza precisa: trovare l’equilibrio perfetto tra pane e farcitura. Ispirato al celebre Pan de Cristal Diamante — evoluzione del Pan de Cristal sviluppato a Barcellona nei primi anni 2000 dal maestro fornaio Jordi Nomen — è la nostra interpretazione italiana: crosta sottilissima e croccante, mollica molto alveolata, struttura leggera e unica.
Il formato da 30 cm garantisce continuità di morso, struttura e armonia. Lavoriamo con farine selezionate e idratazioni estreme per sviluppare alveolatura, leggerezza e una pulizia netta dei sapori. Essenzialità e purezza, per un’esperienza golosa, raffinata e genuina.

Oil to biodiesel
Fryer oil is converted into biodiesel through FasiAmbiente.
Compostable containers
Our food containers are made from compostable cellulose.
